  1. Faith and Optimism: Some would say that “hope” is not a strategy. I say that “hope” precedes strategy. Faith and optimism are the catalyst for positive and productive action, they are also the foundation for trust in others and productive teamwork.
  2. Integrity includes always giving my best in service to my family, my community, and my profession.
  3. Kindness and empathy in building strong relationships with family, staff, students, and community.
  4. Gratitude for the care and efforts of others and for what I get to do every day!

 

We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.  Habits, routines, and systems have always been very important for me as I have accomplished my professional and life goals.
